This is a 2-year program, renewed each year, with options for full- or part-time study, designed to develop and deploy biblically grounded, highly skilled ministry leaders ready to multiply transformed followers of Jesus. Residents receive hands-on ministry experience, academic development towards a degree, global ministry exposure, and intentional discipleship.
